Programme description
Single-satellite programme addressing greenhouse gases.
Chinese cooperative programme: MOST (Ministry of Science and Technology) responsible of Development; CAS (Chinese Academy of Sciences) and CMA (China Meteorological Administration) responsible of operations.
The platform is stabilised over three-axes.
The design lifetime is 2 years.
The exploited orbit is sun-synchronous with ECT around 13:30-13:40
Data circulation
Global on-board storage, data retrieved on command.
Data acquisition, processing and dissemination by the National Satellite Meteorological Center (NSMC) of CMA
