  • Satellite at L5 Lagrange point for space weather forecasting
  • Provides observations of the solar wind speed, density, temperature and dynamic pressure, charged particle environment and the direction and strength of the interplanetary magnetic field.
  • The L5 view enables observations of the sun to be made on that part of the disk yet to be rotated towards earth.
