Programme description
NASA initiative in the framework of the effort for wind profile measurements.
Main involved NASA centres: Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, and Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland; and Industry.
The platforms implementing the constellation are of the CubeSat class, stabilised over 3 axes.
The design life time of the satellites is 3 years.
