Scanning Technique Arrays of 512 x 512 detectors for each band. Field of view 8º x 5', angular resolution 5 arcmin. Alternatively addressable towards the airglow, towards the aurora regions or towards the open sky, from a sunsynchronous orbit
Resolution 4.77° corresponding to 58 km at Earth's surface
Coverage / Cycle Full interplanetary space in 100 min (orbital period) including magnetosphere and ionosphere. Sampling at 10 s intervals
