Satellite Description	Continuation of the NOAA/CNES ARGOS program to collect a variety of data from both stationary and mobile transmitters around the world. Applications include Environmental monitoring applications, Marine fisheries applications, Maritime security applications, Offshore applications and Humanitarian Aid. In contrast to previous DCS/ARGOS instruments on NOAA platforms this is a small satellite on which the DCS/ARGOS system is mounted.
