Series of two satellites for land observation and disaster monitoring.
National programme of Kazakhstan - Kazakhstan National Space Agency (Kazcosmos) responsible of development and operations.
The platforms are actively stabilised over 3 axes.
Orbits: sunsynchronus around 10:30 ECT.
The design life time is 7 years.
The satellites are launched at short time interval.
