Single satellite programme for Space weather.
USA programme: NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) responsible of development, US Navy Office of Naval Research cooperating for design and operations.
The platform was spin stabilised.
The design life time of the satellite was 3 years.
The satellite exploited a Highly-elliptical Earth Orbit. actually a geosynchronous tranfer orbit.
